Knowing About Environmental Remediation.
Asbestos remediation should be performed by a company that is licensed with the State of New York Department of Labor. It is also required that Environmental remediation companies employees are OSHA Certified and obtain a OSHA Certification number that should be offered to all prospective clients.
We should maintain an adequate level of insurance.
All workers who perform environmental remediation should have
proper training in order to assure that asbestos fibers, mold spores and lead contamination
are not scattered throughout the work area during removal.

Our Company Provides
Pollution Liability Insurance
Contractors Pollution Liability insurance is issued on a non-admitted basis and provides: Insurance for third-party claims for bodily injury and/or property damage. Insurance for remediation costs stemming from pollution incidents resulting from the contractor's covered operations.
Automotive Liability
Financial protection for a driver who, while operating a vehicle, harms someone else or their property. Automobile liability insurance only covers injuries or damages to third parties and their property, not to the driver or the driver's property.
Worker's Compensation
Workers' compensation is a form of insurance providing wage replacement and medical benefits to employees injured in the course of employment in exchange for mandatory relinquishment of the employee's right to sue his or her employer for the tort of negligence.
